HEATING
With the introduction of ‘Conservation of Fuel and Water’ this has necessitated the requirement for the checking of all systems that are within the House or Commercial property: i.e.

Non stopping leaks, Over Flow Problems, Radiators that give out poor heat, hot water cylinders that are set too high! These tend not to be fitted with a safety cut-out device, valves that don’t operate as per original design and tanks that are full of Lime scale.

Today;
Modern houses are fitted with a system that’s fed by mains pressure, not just the kitchen sink but all taps including HOT taps which will include improved performance from showers. This system is great as all water is clean and has much improved pressure.
